Avoid foods with fake colors! You’ll know there is a fake color if the label lists a COLOR and a NUMBER (example, Red #40). Common culprits are kid’s cereals, fruit snacks/gummies, yogurt with sweet toppings, oatmeal with candy pieces, colored granola bars, bright juice drinks, and bright kid’s pasta.
