Easy Hint for Whole Cooked Chickens

Whether you buy a precooked rotisserie chicken or make your own, put on a pair of thin disposable kitchen gloves to easily pull the chicken apart. I like to remove the skin then shred the meat–this way my hands don’t get greasy and I can shred all of it in just a few minutes. It’s a great way for kids to help in the kitchen as well.
