Finishing Chicken in Oven

I find the easiest and tastiest way to cook most chicken is to brown it on the stovetop, then let it finish cooking in the oven. As you brown it a few minutes, it starts to turn golden and flavors start to develop. Most people struggle here—they continue to cook the chicken so by the time it is done on the inside, it is burned on the outside. Instead, transfer the chicken into a 350 degree oven for a few more minutes to finish cooking it perfectly. Thin cutlets only need about 5 more minutes, while thicker breasts might need 15 more minutes.
